Trivo is a bar inspired by the essence of jazz not just as a music genre, but as a way of living and connecting. It was born from the idea of uniting three key elements: music, drinks, and human presence. At Trivo, every night is an invitation to slow down, appreciate the moment, and enjoy the art of gathering. Whether through a signature cocktail or a spontaneous conversation sparked by the sound of a saxophone, the experience is always rich, soulful, and full of character. The space is intimate and alive, designed to foster encounters, stories, and a sense of belonging. Trivo isn’t just a place to drink it’s a place to feel. To listen. To be.

Naming
The name Trivo is born from the essence of jazz a genre built on improvisation, emotion, and the harmony between three fundamental elements: melody, rhythm, and harmony. It directly references the jazz trio, one of the genre’s most classic and expressive formations, as well as the chord triad, the structural foundation of music.

This idea of a triad is visually represented in the brand’s symbol: the three circles echo the notes of a chord, while the horizontal lines evoke the neck of a guitar an instrument that symbolizes both freedom and technique within jazz. At the same time, the triangle enclosing one of the notes subtly forms a martini glass, merging sound and taste in a single gesture. It’s a visual fusion of music, drink, and presence the essence of Trivo.
